注意:
(a)
功率密度的限制是光打在任何表面上時. 對於Beam Cube, 因為物體位於儀器外, 高功率密度的焦點只要不超過臨界值都可以量測.
(b) BA500 不能解析光能量小於100mJ 除非重複率很高. 如果光能量是一秒 1/50th 超過 100mJ, 儀器便可顯示脈衝, 即使單一能量小於 100mJ. Beam Cube 也是除非最小是 20mJ.
(c) 若是於入射窗口的光功率或能量密度超過規格 , 可移除窗口, 假設光圈處的光功率值小於臨界值.
